ASPIRATIONS of UK-CCL ASSESSMENT
a) To encourage matured working persons worldwide with the available resources through structured quality assessment, examinations, verification and to facilitate required workshops, seminars and training channels to achieve their objectives in life via the Lifelong Hands on Learning (LHL).
b) To give importance, recognise and validation for Prior Experience &Hands on Work Learning to gain worthy appropriate Professional Knowledge Qualifications under a scheme of Affirmation of Prior Experience and Learning (APEL) and Accreditation of Career Progress Development (ACPD).
c) To facilitate UK-CCL global policies in the regions and enlist the support of interested people at all levels;
d) To assist in the development of policies and learning modules at regional levels taking into account of professional issues with specific assistance from regional Governments;
e) To provide advisory services to help Governments translate global commitments on Work Oriented Learning to confer appropriate Professional Knowledge Qualifications for local economic growth;
f) To raise public awareness of Lifelong Professional Knowledge Work Learning Qualifications and to create consistency in learning path on Professional Hands on Work Experience Learning;
g) To collaborate with like- minded institutions, non-governmental organisations and the private sector to achieve UK-CCL global objectives.
h) To offer appropriate Professional Knowledge Dual Award Equivalency Certification.
The main aspiration of UK-CCL is not only to help matured working person to better themselves but also to serve the world through its Council of Consistent Learning, Consortium of Certified Learning, Commission for Community Learning, Congress for Commitment in Learning, and Corporation of Consistent Learning.
UK-CCL desires to be identified and acknowledged as anexceptional non-orthodox international professional assessors and verifiers. Its concentration is to innovate, facilitate and validate Non AcademicProfessional Knowledge Work Learning Qualifications worldwide for those who wish to pursue further their career path. To this end, UK-CCL has on its panel highly qualified international professionals as Assessors and Validators. They are all members of the Executive Board of Assessors and Verifiers (UK-CCL-EBAV). UK-CCL collaborates with International Professional Bodies in offering Accredited Lifelong Professional Knowledge Qualifications and Membership in all areas of life. UK-CCL places great emphasis on “PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE QUALITY” in all their services.
The UK-CCL believes that the setting and implementation of Non-OrthodoxLifelong Professional Knowledge Learning Standards can only be effective if full account is taken of regional priorities on a global scale. For this reason, they have set up regional or sub-regional centres with professionally qualified representatives to resolve specific localised issues. Regional representatives have a crucial leading role in the delivery of UK-CCL vision and mandate. Their main activities are to gather relevant information to be used by UK-CCL to achieve its objectives.
